Techwall hires in Hong Kong and at our factory in China. Since 1991 we have built wireless OEM products for brands in the US, EU, and UK.

Who we are

Techwall is a Hong Kong electronics manufacturer. Buyers come to us for baby monitors, IoT, ATEX, and Physical AI hardware they can put into mass production.

A typical program starts with a brand brief and ends with cartons leaving the dock. Between those points you will see DFM, line firmware, pilot builds, certification support, and the quality records a procurement team needs to approve volume.

Hong Kong and the factory

  • Hong Kong

    Program managers and commercial engineers work here. You are the English-speaking owner for the buyer: NDA, scope, weekly status, and DFM reviews. You go to the plant when pilot or quality needs you in the room.

  • China factory

    Design, RF, firmware, NPI, and quality sit next to production. ISO 9001 and BSCI apply every day. The measures that matter are first article, stable yield, and a process that survives ramp.

OEM Program Manager

Hong Kong. You are the buyer's primary contact through launch.

Responsibilities

  • Own one to three brand programs from quote to MP.
  • Run NDA, scope, DFM milestones, and weekly English status.
  • Coordinate factory hardware, firmware, NPI, and quality. Escalate early when a gate slips.
  • Travel to the plant for pilot builds and major quality events.

Experience we look for

  • OEM, ODM, or contract manufacturing with a Western customer.
  • Timelines and DFM plans a factory can execute.
  • Mandarin helps. It is optional when the China lead is in place.

Hardware and DFM Engineer

China factory. Hardware design for wireless consumer and industrial products.

Responsibilities

  • Own schematic and PCB layout through production revisions.
  • Run DFM and DFA with NPI before pilot.
  • Debug first-article and line issues at the bench and on the floor.
  • Release documentation RF, firmware, and quality can use.

Experience we look for

  • At least one product from layout through SMT, beyond a lab prototype.
  • Altium or comparable CAD in a production environment.
  • DFM feedback implemented in silicon, not debated away.

China factory. Wireless performance on products we mass produce.

Responsibilities

  • Tune antennas and fix conducted and radiated issues.
  • Maintain RF fixtures used in production test.
  • Prepare FCC and CE submissions with the test house.
  • Support NPI when a radio fails audit or line test.

Experience we look for

  • Hands-on work with a VNA or spectrum analyzer.
  • Shipped a radio product through FCC or CE.
  • Close work with layout on keep-outs, matching, and ground.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver boot, drivers, OTA, and line test hooks that ship on every unit.
  • Bring up new boards with hardware through pilot.
  • Give NPI and quality logs and test modes they can run without you in the room.
  • Support Physical AI features when they run on this stack.

Experience we look for

  • C on a constrained MCU in mass production.
  • Line or field debug with a logic analyzer or serial trace.
  • A factory test image, not only a demo build.

China factory. New product introduction on the SMT and assembly lines.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and run pilots with fixtures and clear operator instructions.
  • Track yield and pull in hardware, firmware, and quality when the line stops.
  • Freeze process after first article. Revise when data from the floor says you must.
  • Report status and risk to Hong Kong in English.

Experience we look for

  • Electronics product from SMT pilot into MP.
  • Owned ICT, FCT, or a custom fixture.
  • Worked yield with operators, not only in meetings.

China factory. Quality systems for export programs.

Responsibilities

  • Run incoming inspection and keep ISO 9001 evidence current.
  • Build the documentation pack the customer needs before they release POs.
  • Lead 8D and FA with suppliers and the line.
  • Answer customer quality questions in English with factory data.

Experience we look for

  • IQC or SQE in electronics manufacturing.
  • Customer-facing 8D or failure analysis.
  • ISO 9001 practiced on the floor.

China factory. Intelligence on the device, built for production limits.

Responsibilities

  • Integrate cameras, microphones, IMUs, or similar on the product PCB.
  • Fit models or pipelines that run within MCU memory and power budgets.
  • Define factory tests so bad sensors or models never reach the customer.
  • Partner with firmware and NPI through pilot.

Experience we look for

  • Edge or sensor stack on hardware that reached MP.
  • Production test spec for the AI or sensor function.
  • Python plus C or C++ on embedded targets.

China. Software agents tied to factory or device workflows we operate.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain agents with tool use, evals, and guardrails.
  • Debug failed runs with firmware and NPI when integrations break.
  • Keep regression sets so changes are tested before the line sees them.
  • Scope work to what can ship on a program timeline.

Experience we look for

  • Production agent or tool workflow with eval coverage.
  • Collaboration with firmware or backend owners.
  • Python and comfort reading device or plant logs.
