How is JDM staffed? Your architects stay on reviews. Ours run DFM, firmware bring-up, fixtures, and the plant.

Is this ODM with extra meetings? ODM starts from a Techwall platform. JDM starts from your architecture or a mix we agree in writing.

What do we send first? Block diagram, ID sketches, or a partial BOM, plus markets and year-one volume. NPI is the gated calendar after spec freeze.
