    Design package and BOM, or the platform category you want to private-label. Markets and year-one volume.

  • 02. Markets

    US FCC, EU CE, UKCA, and ATEX/IECEx if the device enters hazardous areas.

  • 03. Volume

    Pilot quantity and year-one units. We scope SMT, mold, and test fixtures from that.

How buyers usually decide

Do I pick a model before NPI? Yes. OEM, ODM, JDM, and contract manufacturing change how the program is staffed and quoted. NPI is the gated path after that choice. See NPI.
