OEM is for a brand that already has hardware staff and a releasable design package: drawings, BOM with AVL, test spec, and the firmware image for production programming. We review DFM before steel or stencil spend, source components, build EVT/DVT-style pilots, and support FCC, CE, UKCA, or ATEX sample builds when the market list requires them.

Hong Kong holds the commercial relationship. Southern China runs SMT and assembly under ISO 9001 and BSCI. An engineer replies within one business day.
