Stereo camera module on an AMR mast in a warehouse aisle

Robot vision systems

Stereo and RGB modules for AMRs and humanoid heads. We DFM the board, bring up firmware, and build CE or FCC samples for US and EU programs.

Docking fails when the camera board cannot hold a frame

A warehouse AMR has to read a tote QR under mixed lighting and still dock to a charger. A humanoid head has to keep stereo sync after a drop. Some fleets add a radar occupancy node so RGB can sleep. Those jobs live on the board, the mount, and the firmware that times the frame.

Send the optical spec, interface, duty cycle, and year-one volume. An engineer replies within one business day with a scoped consultation.

  • Warehouse AMRs

Mast cameras for tote faces, pallet labels, and dock alignment. You get a board that holds exposure while the chassis moves, plus the cable set you already qualified.

  • Humanoid and mobile heads

RGB or stereo in a tight envelope. We DFM the ISP or MCU, the connector, and the mount so a fall test does not rip the flex.

  • Occupancy without always-on video

PIR-class motion and ultra-low power radar on a mesh node. The RGB path wakes only when something moves, which saves battery and keeps privacy reviews simpler.

  • Perception gets yield notes

Exposure, sync, and programming fixtures sit on the line. Failures go back to the engineers who own the stack, not a generic ticket.

  • One RFQ for camera and radar

If both sit on the robot, we DFM the shared power and sync. You do not split the program across two plants.

  • CE or FCC samples on the same path

EVT-style pilots, then certification samples for the destination markets on the RFQ. Pilot with coverage before ramp.

Questions hardware leads send first

Do you ship finished robots? We manufacture vision modules, boards, and firmware for robotics OEMs. Wider Physical AI programs sit on Physical AI engineering.

Can stereo and radar share one program? Yes. Many fleets mix a head camera with a low-power occupancy radar. We DFM both boards and the shared power and sync.

What should the first email include? Robot type, sensor list, interface, duty cycle, year-one volume, and destination markets (FCC, CE, UKCA). A secure link to the schematic if you already have one. Contact.
