Joints, pack, and cutoff

Legs, hands, and a torso pack change the electronics. Joint drives have to survive gait. The battery path needs a written cutoff. The head has to keep stereo after a fall. We make those boards and the firmware that talks to them.

Scope

  • Joints and hands

    Drive boards, encoders, and fingertip or palm sensors. Connectors and flex that last through repeated motion.

  • Pack and safety

    Battery management, E-stop, and the cutoffs a US or EU site will ask for. Thermal and charge go in the same DFM review as the joints.

  • Physical AI and this page

    Physical AI is AMRs, cobots, and arms. This page is for a bipedal chassis: gait loads, hands, whole-body pack. Shared vision modules are on robot vision.

  • One plant

    Vision, IMU, radio, and drive boards share keepout and power.

  • Firmware against gait

    Bring-up on your mechanics or a fixture we agree. Sleep and peak current get a written budget. Factory test checks those numbers.

  • CE or FCC samples

    Pilot builds, then certification samples for the destination markets on the RFQ.

Common questions

Do you ship a finished robot? We manufacture the electronics and production firmware. Mechanics and the motion stack stay with you unless the RFQ names that work. Other robot boards are on Physical AI.

Warehouse AMR? Use Physical AI for wheeled or arm platforms. Use this page when the chassis is bipedal.
