Mechanics and policy are often already in house. What is missing is a stereo head, a foot IMU, or a radio that still links through a metal chassis. We manufacture those modules: DFM, SMT, production firmware, and certification samples.

Where the board goes on the robot

    Head vision, wrist and foot sensing, body radio. Tight envelopes, EMI from motors, firmware that has to survive a fall test. You get modules that fit the existing skeleton instead of a catalog brick that does not.

  • Legged and mobile

    Shock, mud, and battery hours. IMU and load cells with fixtures that match the gait lab, plus mesh nodes the robot can drop in a yard.

  • Inspection and warehouse

    One unusual sensor or radio that a catalog module does not fit. We DFM that board and keep vision, sensing, and RF on the same weekly.

What a components program covers

  • Vision, sensors, and radio together

    One plant for the stereo head, the IMU, and the 5G or mesh radio. Antenna keepout and OTA sit in the same DFM review. Robot vision. Ultra-low power sensors.

  • You own the training log

    Logger hardware with synced cameras, IMU, and radio metadata. You own the dataset. The same hardware can ship as a field unit after the policy is trained.

  • Samples for the markets on the RFQ

    We plan samples for the markets on the RFQ. ISO 9001 and BSCI cover the plant. ATEX only when the robot actually needs a hazardous-area path.
